It has been a very long week......It all started on Valentine's Day....We had a nice family day....Greg, Chelsey and I had breakfast will Charlotte and than we did a little shopping.....Greg got a new fishing toy.....Boys and their toys.....Home to relax for awhile..Chelsey went out with a friend for a while...Greg and Chuck went to a fishing show...I began to get things together for the Daytona 500 Party that we were going to...Go Gordon 24......About 7:45 the phone rang....It was my brother Ken in Fl. Well no it was his roommate.....Ken had a heart attack the morning before and was DOA at the hospital, he did not want to be on life support and Bob had to have 2 doctors to sign him off, which happened about 7:40....So I have lost a brother....The memorial service will be Sat. Feb 21st at the park inwhich he lived in......The rest of the week was OK...Charlotte had surgey on Thursday the 19th and is doing very well.....Surgey was at 2:10 and we were home by 5:00.....Like I said what a week.......

Happy Halloween,
We are planning a fun and festive evening, although we have no small children, Chelsey is dressing up and going with the neighbor children. Greg, my big little kid has a mask and the yard is deocrated.....He plans on scaring some big kids......

Where has the time gone????!!!!!?????

It is hard to believe that it is back to school time.....It seems that just yesterday I was packing and packing and packing my classroom to move into the new building....But the summer has gone and now it is time to go back to work.....We have had a some what busy summer, but I have also relaxed.....It was nice not to have classes this summer.......We got out camping in July, to a beautiful campground near Port Clinton....The weather was great and Greg got to play some golf......I got some reading in......I read alot this summer....I can make some suggestions on authors if anyone is interested.....!!!!!!!Greg put in some overtime at work also, he worked to the Smoke on the River downtown......Bar-a-que........We also had a great block party, well the rain did not help, but everyone had fun.....We also got to go the Michigan International Speedway for a NASCAR race and we did not get rained out, maybe Angie and Dennis will ask us to go again......Now it is back to school and the weather will begin to get cooler....Soon the snow will fall and we will start over again......

Oh my how time has passed, I did not know that it had been so long since I have said anything......School has been out for about a month. We have taken a trip to Kentucky and had a wonderful time. Greg and I went 4 wheeling with Tammy and Steve. We saw some beautiful elk up in the mountains. Greg and Steve spend the next day up in the mountains also. On Saturday we attended Renee's wedding which was equally as beautiful..... We had planned a week long vacation with Tammy and Steve and children here in Toledo and plans had to change. The Hackers came to Toledo a week or 2 early. They spent the 4 of July with us. We shopped and eat and watched fireworks, shopped so more and ate some more... It was a great weekend......

Easter

Happy Easter to everyone, we are staying home this weekend and probably staying in also.......More snow to come......I thought that it was spring......Greg has to work next week, so Sunnee and I will be cleaning.......Chuck is hoping to get out and start doing some woodworking, yeah right!!!!!!Well happy Easter to all......

Hey, more snow......Suunnee and her daddy had a great time playing in it.......

Well we had a snow day yesterday and may have another one tomorrow....We are looking at 4-8 inches of snow.....It will be fun to see Sunnee play in all that snow......
